Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) -remote

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

• Business Analysis principles and frameworks, including requirements elicitation and analysis as outlined by International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) standards.
• Quality improvement processes and methodologies, with an understanding of Quality Assurance, Project Management, and modern SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Iterative, and Waterfall).
• Tools and techniques for business and system requirements elicitation, including process mapping, use case modeling, and wireframing, as well as experience with enterprise requirements management platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
• Strategy development and execution for complex, large-scale, cross-functional projects, as well as techniques for analyzing and optimizing business processes using technology. 

Ability to:

• Lead, coach, and mentor business analysts to enhance team performance and technical capability.
• Challenge assumptions, requests, and proposed solutions diplomatically to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deliver maximum business value.

Education and/or Experience:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Required: Five years or more of technical and business experience, including hands-on expertise in business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, and solution design in highly integrated environments.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Software Engineering teams to create integrated enterprise system views using cohesive business architecture and software architecture frameworks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration) 

• IIBA Certification, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification in Business Data Analytics (CBDA).
• Experience with Salesforce primarily with Health Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce-specific tools and platforms, such as Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Experience, Salesforce DevOps Center, and MuleSoft.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics or ChatGPT integrations) to enhance business intelligence and process automation.
• Advanced knowledge of business process modeling tools, such as Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms, for creating and presenting process maps and system designs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on global or multi-regional projects, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and technologies for rapid prototyping and iterative solution development.
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance frameworks, and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX, as applied to Salesforce implementations.
• Proven ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.
