Web Specialist Hybrid/Remote

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

• Digital design, user experience and SEO best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with content management systems and digital asset management systems, like Sitecore, Adobe AEM, WordPress, etc.
• Basic HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and integration with back-end systems, APIs, and SDKs a plus.
• Google Analytics 360 setup, administration, and reporting.
• Digital technologies, trends, and emerging technologies.

Ability to:

• Develop web designs within a content management system, leveraging coding skills to modify, customize, and troubleshoot.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in digital design and interaction usability.
• Be an advocate for the end user, and their experience.
• Work independently with a moderate amount of supervision.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and is a team player.
• Prioritize and organize work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree covering digital/web design, human-computer interaction, web development or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in a web content management, digital/web design, interaction design, front end development or similar. Experience working on digital projects from conception through bidding, production, and delivery.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)

• Experience working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, and/or Kanban a plus
