REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Deep understanding of modern product management practices including continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and product operations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, particularly in specialty care and precision medicine
- Experience with value-based healthcare models and healthcare technology
- Expertise in product portfolio management and platform strategy
- Understanding of agile development practices and product development methodologies
- Change management and organizational development expertise
- Customer-centric mindset with business acumen
Ability to:
- Bring visionary leadership with practical execution capabilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellence in cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 8 years in senior product leadership roles
- Track record of successful product innovation in healthcare with demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation from project to product operating models
- Experience in cellular therapy, oncology, or specialty healthcare services and/or background in healthcare technology platform development
- Proven ability to drive product strategy in complex, regulated environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- MBA or advanced degree
- Product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, CPO)
- Experience with quality management systems in regulated environments
