REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of: 

  • Deep understanding of modern product management practices including continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and product operations
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, particularly in specialty care and precision medicine
  • Experience with value-based healthcare models and healthcare technology
  • Expertise in product portfolio management and platform strategy
  • Understanding of agile development practices and product development methodologies
  • Change management and organizational development expertise
  • Customer-centric mindset with business acumen

 

Ability to:

  • Bring visionary leadership with practical execution capabilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellence in cross-functional team leadership
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication        

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 8 years in senior product leadership roles
  • Track record of successful product innovation in healthcare with demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation from project to product operating models
  • Experience in cellular therapy, oncology, or specialty healthcare services and/or background in healthcare technology platform development
  • Proven ability to drive product strategy in complex, regulated environments

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration) 

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, CPO)
  • Experience with quality management systems in regulated environments
