Training & Development Specialist - Hybrid
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Instructional design and adult learning principles.
- eLearning authoring tools (i.e., Articulate 360, Storyline).
- Microsoft Suite of products.
- Facilitation techniques.
- Project management.
Ability to:
- Develop effective instructional content through authoring software (Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe, etc.).
- Successfully engage diverse audiences through facilitated instructor led training programs.
- Stay abreast of relevant knowledge and practices in the learning and development field.
- Demonstrate ability to work successfully with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Communicate effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal and consultation skills.
- Analyze and solve problems related to training gaps.
- Prioritize rapidly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Handle and maintain confidential training information.
- Travel 1-3 trips per year (as needed).

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree; however, upon evaluation, a combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Demonstrated success in and two years of experience in training, coaching, or instructional design role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Instructional Technology, Adult Education, Healthcare, or related field.
