Supervisor, Application Development - Hybrid/Remote

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

• N-tier software development and testing methodologies along with experience in regulatory oversight is required. 
• Service-oriented architecture, event-driven integration, application framework architecture, application servers, application security, distributed systems, database environment, testing frameworks/methodologies and analytical techniques.
• Functional, load, and regression testing frameworks is helpful. 
• Unit testing and automated testing principles is helpful. Knowledge of Federated Architecture and Model Driven Architecture principles is also helpful.  Knowledge of UML, Use Case design and realization is helpful.

Ability to:

• Demonstrate technical understanding of .net framework, enterprise Integration and master data management.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills required. Must have the ability to prioritize own work and the work of others, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Engineering/Business with an emphasis in Information Technology. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Four years’ experience in a programming, engineering or other role within a software development life cycle.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)

• Experience with effectively delivering work priorities within a complex stakeholder framework
• Experience in an IT leadership role.
• Experience with Atlassian tools suite, Azure, and SharePoint
