Senior Solutions Owner-Cell and Gene Therapy Products - Remote

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

• Core operational capabilities and processes, including end to end operational stakeholders and capabilities, as well as general understanding of supporting capabilities.
• Project management principals, with a proven track record of project management.
• Medical and biological terminology.
• HLA awareness.
• General clinical understanding of cellular therapies.
• Data privacy and confidentiality principles for handling medical information.

Ability to:

• Influence and lead without authority.
• Evangelize products and services to both internal and external audiences
• Have a growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn new things.
• Work with high demand partners. Demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of work experience in a role in biotech/biopharma.  Four years of directly relevant experience in addition to the required experience would be considered as an alternative to a degree. 
• Experience with GxP quality systems, regulations, and practices.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes.
• Proficiency with CRM.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)

• Advanced degree in healthcare or health sciences.
