POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Operational Performance Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that enhance operational performance across donor operations. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality specialists, training and development, work force management, donor operations, and data analytics to aid in the implementation of strategies that will ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and support consistent data driven performance management. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and aid in executing performance-driven strategies to optimize business processes, increase efficiency, and implement consistent performance data utilization
- Data Analysis & Insights: Partner with the Data Analytics team to conduct in-depth analysis of performance data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve operational metrics.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as Confirmatory Typing availability (CT AV), service level, file outreach, and call and file quality ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Goal Setting & Benchmarking: Partner with the Data Analytics and leadership to establish performance benchmarks and ensure that all teams are aligned with achieving set KPIs (call quality, call queue, CT AV).
- Process Improvement: Recommend and aid in the implementation of process improvements based on data insights, performance trends, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align performance strategies with overall team objectives.
- Insights Activation: Prepare presentations for leadership, providing actionable insights on performance outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Leadership Support: Advise leaders on data trends and analysis to support alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, Looker, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with performance management frameworks such as KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Think strategically while executing tactical plans effectively.
- Be flexible to meet business needs as determined by evolving organizational initiatives.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, or related field. Three years of NMDP experience and a bachelor’s degree in a different discipline may be substituted for this requirement.
- Minimum five years of experience working with data, including pulling, consolidating, interpreting, and presenting reports.
- Minimum two years of experience in Project Management including collaboration with cross-functional entities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- NMDP donor operations knowledge preferred.
