REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of

  • Digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation technologies.
  • Data analytics tools and techniques, including data mining, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
  • Web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Best practices in data governance, data management, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

 

Ability to

  • Develop strong relationships and build trust and confidence with partners.
  • Influence with strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
  • Translate complex data findings into actionable marketing insights for stakeholders.
  • Implement and optimize marketing and analytics technologies, such as CDPs and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and present data insights clearly and concisely.
  • Build and deploy process improvement.

 

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.  Upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics roles with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a data-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data insights to drive marketing strategy and business growth.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing analytics, data science, or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
