Senior Manager, Market Research & Insights - Hybrid in Minneapolis

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Interpreting data, translating insights, and making actionable recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to translate market research insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in various market research techniques and tools, including survey design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytic skills with experience using Qualtrics or other survey tools and data analysis/reporting packages
• Experience in project management, including setting research objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external research partners or vendors. 

Education and/or Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research or similar marketing discipline or equivalent experience; MBA desired.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership
• 8+ years of experience in market research (balance of qualitative and quantitative experiences) 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration) 

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency with data analysis software, statistical tools, and relevant research platforms.
• Master's degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Marketing Research)
