REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

 Knowledge of:

  • Extensive experience in leveraging statistical models to identify patterns and trends; expertise and/or demonstrated experience with business analytics tools such as SAS or R.
  • AI, machine learning and algorithmic background with good understanding one or more of the following areas: supervised & unsupervised learning, embeddings, reinforcement learning, deep learning, Gen AI
  • Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices, including proficiency in SQL.
  • Data visualization and dash-boarding experience using Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources including collecting, assembling data, cleansing, formatting, and validation of results.

Ability to:

  • Establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop, and execute strategies, and track and measure results.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Effectively write, present, and communicate analytics results with recommendations to leadership across the organization
  • Demonstrate a high degree of both technical and business aptitude.
  • Demonstrate superior analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Build, lead, and motivate high performance teams.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • 7+ years of Analytics or Data Science experience, including at least 3 years of direct people management and leadership experience.
  • 3+ years professional hands-on experience operating in a data analyst / data scientist capacity; utilizing varying tools and techniques such as data mining, statistical modeling reporting tools, and querying databases to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience; MBA desired.
