REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

  • Knowledge of contract and agreement procedures and documentation. 
  • Knowledge of how contractual documents correlate to each other in order to draft basic amendments and other contractual documents from templates.

 

Ability to:

  • Excellent written and oral communication; above average word processing, spreadsheet and database software skills.  Above average attention to detail and time management; and customer relationship skills.      

Education and/or Experience:

  • B.S. degree or a two-year accredited clerical, business related training or office management program. On evaluation, related experience that required contracts management, purchasing experience, customer relations, and/or database management may be substituted for the degree.
  • Four or more years of experience in a business environment involving contracts, healthcare, or customer relationship roles that required responsibility for data integrity, database management, oral and written communication, and customer relationship skills.
