Salesforce Technical Enterprise Architect - Remote/Hybrid
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Experience with the Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Foundation, Sales, and Service Clouds.
- DevOps processes, CI/CD tools, and deployment strategies for Salesforce environments.
- Enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, and FEAF.
- Business architecture and how it supports business strategy and operations.
- Technology architecture, including infrastructure, applications, data, and security.
- Emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry.
Ability to:
- Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
- Comfortable to switch hats and work deeper in Solution Architecture space.
- Act as a trusted advisor within the technology domain, providing support and resolving complex issues in collaboration with other Enterprise Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers.
- Champion a culture of teamwork and trust, driving collective success through collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among all team members.
- Work side-by-side with Solution Architects and development teams on best practices in solution design, including integration patterns, architectural standards, and environment management.
- Learn business use cases quickly and effectively convey complex ideas/ solutions to audiences of diverse background and technical exposure.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, develop, and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education and/or Experience:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field or a combination of years of experience, and/or certifications in information technology.
- Possess 8+ years of IT architecture experience, specializing in enterprise architecture.
- 4+ years of experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations as a lead architect defining all aspects of design like data, application, integration leveraging best design principles.
- Leading significant technology projects, including strategy development and road mapping.
- Skilled in instituting technology standards, with a strong background in collaborating with business leaders for technology solutions integration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Familiarity with AI capabilities for advanced data analysis and predictive insights.
- Experience with integration platforms and tools such as Mulesoft, WSO2, Informatica, or custom middleware.
