REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Project management, sales, and marketing
- Microsoft Suite of products
- CRMs or internal systems such as Salesforce and Asana
Ability to:
- Work in cross functional teams and matrixed organizations
- Multi-task
- Meet deadlines and prioritize work
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of formal education and experience
- Previous work experience required 2-5 years in customer service, project management, administrative assistant, sales associate, relationship management role or partnership cultivation
- Previous experience on cross functional teams in project planning and administrative support role for marketing campaigns and events
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Experience with Be The Match’s HBCU program
- Project management credential(s)
- Travel: 10-15%. All travel must be pre-approved manager to include representing Be The Match at conferences, key regional registry recruitment events, department, and company meetings Travel will be seasonal in nature.
