REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

  • US postal shipping regulations, FedEx shipping services, automated shipping and receiving processes; databases and inventory control functions.
  • Understanding of safe handling practices regarding office machines, equipment such as pallet jacks, copiers, printers, or hand and office tools.

 

Ability to:

  • Demonstrate customer service, to include a positive demeanor, customer courtesy and polite telephone communication skills along with a desire to provide services to others.
  • Demonstrate proven organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a safe manner.
  • Demonstrate basic computer software skills to include inventory control, data entry, database spreadsheet and Internet use.
  • Must exemplify our Be The Match Standards.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast-paced production environment requiring use of computer programs, job layout, and a high level of customer interface and service.
  • One or more years’ experience in a position that required shipping and receiving, inventory services, mailroom, retail/inventory control, printing or copy duplicating center functions.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Position may require driving to and from multiple off-site locations. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration) 

  • Experience with Ricoh, Cannon or Konica Minolta production equipment preferred.
