Principal Product Manager - Hybrid/Remote
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- A passion for our mission to save lives through cell therapy
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing decision support software and/or consulting products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical decision-making processes, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, subject to ambiguity
- Self-driven with high customer empathy and a strong focus on execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of diverse stakeholders
- Technical and analytical aptitude and confidence in obtaining buy-in at all levels and executing on objective outcomes.
- Comfortable presenting with clarity, purpose and influence to Executive Team, Board of Directors and leadership at external customers
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Minimum of 12 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in the healthcare decision support and/or analytics field.
- Minimum 3 years experience working within an agile software delivery model
- Minimum 3 years experience managing an offering within an early stage or intrapreneurial, high growth company.
- Prior experience in healthcare
- Prior experience with decision support or analytics-based solutions
