Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or Non-Profit Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, partnership development, or relationship management, particularly in the sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of sports industry dynamics, trends, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to the organization's mission.
     

Travel: 

  • 15-25%. All travel to be preapproved by the manager to include representing Be The Match at conferences, key regional registry recruitment events, department and company meetings.
  • Travel will be seasonal in nature.
