Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or Non-Profit Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, partnership development, or relationship management, particularly in the sports industry.
- Strong understanding of sports industry dynamics, trends, and key players.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to the organization's mission.
Travel:
- 15-25%. All travel to be preapproved by the manager to include representing Be The Match at conferences, key regional registry recruitment events, department and company meetings.
- Travel will be seasonal in nature.
