REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Strong planning, problem-solving and project management, with extreme attention to detail to implement multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health equity.
Ability to:
- Demonstrate strong project-management skills.
- Demonstrate advanced written and oral communications, including writing and editing experience.
- Implement effective communication projects to engage and motivate audiences across multiple channels, including print, web, e-communications, social, PR, and tradeshows/events.
- Must exemplify our Be The Match Standards.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communications or related field. Upon evaluation, three years’ experience related to the minimum experience below may be substituted for degree requirement.
- One to three years of experience creating and implementing integrated marketing/communication plans and projects; engaging audiences to learn and take action.
- Project management experience, including planning and execution, is required; as is writing to public and professional audiences, across multiple communications channels.
