Marketing Automation Specialist
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform including experience with: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
Deep understanding of email strategy, creation, and execution.
- Email optimization
- Ability to proof/edit content
- A/B testing
Ability to build email templates and email components
- Build email journeys
- Use dynamic content
- List management reporting
Data extensions; ability to manipulate data
Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR
Understanding of Accessibility (Section 508) and Web Usability Standards
Must be able to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time.
Communicate strongly and effectively with peers and leaders.

Bachelors Degree in related field. Upon evaluation, a related Associates degree and 3+ years of demonstrated success in working directly with email implementation in robust email service provider. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement.
Experience with ESPs/marketing automation tools - Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mail Chimp.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
Fluency in Spanish language (reading, writing and speaking).
- Experience with Non-profit email marketing is a plus.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe or Tableau is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile Methodology and concepts is desired.
