Marketer, Online Recruitment - Hybrid/Remote

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketer role requires someone who has a strategic, creative, and hands-on approach to creating marketing campaigns. This position will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion. This Marketer position will support Member Recruitment via online channels. This role will also have responsibilities for online recruitment content, registration journeys and the digital experience for recruitment. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing plans. Including all aspects of the campaign execution: content creation, channel management, performance measurement and reporting
- Optimize consumer experiences through campaigns and tactics.
- Serve as a key marketing contact for the Member Recruitment team.
- Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to influence prioritized marketing campaign plans and execution.
- Understands and interprets company branding standards.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Business to consumer marketing
- Leveraging strategies, insights, and campaigns to effectively market to diverse audiences.
- Modern integrated marketing practices and techniques, including how to leverage key channels to achieve results (e.g., paid, earned, owned)
- Digital marketing expertise, including fluency in SEM/SEO, social media, web, email, PR/media, and the like
- Project management principles, advanced oral and written communication skills, and informal influencing skills, since this role does not formally lead any other team members
- Writing strategic briefs for marketing programs and presenting strategy decks to leadership and teams at all levels of an organization
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office software like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

- Think critically while leveraging strong problem-solving skills
- Ensure all marketing campaigns and content are in line with brand standards, authentic, inclusive, and supportive of the target audience
- Communicate efficiently and effectively across departments to develop brand awareness
- Monitor, understand and analyze campaign success.
- Build effective relationships
- Travel - approximately 5%
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications: (Minimum qualifications needed for this position including education, experience, certification, knowledge and/or physical requirements)
- Experience in a matrixed/multi-department organization
- Experience in nonprofit/healthcare
