REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Advanced knowledge of software quality assurance (integration, system, regression and user acceptance, performance testing) principles and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Working knowledge of programming languages, software procedures, applications, and products.
- Extensive knowledge of QA testing tools including automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Jira, X-ray, JIRA, HP ALM, VersionOne, Zephyr, Rally, Rational, MS MTM, TFS/VSTS, SOAPUI, virtualization technology.
- Experience implementing a Quality Management System as measured by ISO25010 standards.
- Experience working with ISO9001 standards for delivering effective/efficient client engagements.
- Experience utilizing test automation and performance testing with an understanding for the appropriateness of automation in framing a TQM solution. Experience with measuring Quality Assurance effectiveness.
- Experience in creating enterprise metrics to give status and proactively identify/mitigate risks. Experience building and fostering an environment for Quality Assurance to succeed within the team and within areas outside the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse with executive management as needed.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in math or computer science. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related information systems experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement
- 10 years’ experience in software quality assurance including experience with software testing tools, techniques and methodologies; short release cycles, the full software lifecycle; work on a product that was actually released for public consumption and benchmarking, performance analysis and measurement.
- 5 years’ experience in a IT leadership role including experience with building, training, and retaining a sizeable software QA organization; managing complex functional testing projects that require a deep understanding of the application logic and dependencies; and flawless delivery of team and organizational goals.
- 5 years’ experience in implementing and maintaining a mobile testing strategy for applications developed for iOS, Android, tablets, PDA's, e-Readers and other mobile devices.
- 5 years’ experience implementing and managing an enterprise automation test strategy
- 5 years’ experience of Agile development experience and 3 years of TCM transformation experience.
- ISTQB Software Testing Certification.
Technical Environment:
The technical environment of this position includes, but is not limited to:
- OBIEE 11g/12c, SQL, Oracle DB, Hyperion, PL-SQL, SQL Serve, r DB, BI Publisher, Python, Sybase, Business Object Data Services 4.2, R, Windows, SSIS, Java, Unix/Linux, WhereScape, XML, Coud-based solutions, Tableau, TestNG, Hadoop, Qlikview, Service Now, Microsoft Office, Power Designer and Selenium.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience within Cyber Security a plus.
- Master's in Information Systems.
- Regulatory body requirements such as HIPAA, FDA - Quality System regulation – 21 CFR Part 820 AND 21 CFR Part 11.
- Experience applying FDA General Principles of Software Validation to the software quality assurance process.
