Knowledge of:

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in biological or medical field and ten years of experience or Master’s degree and eight years of experience.
• Five years extensive experience in a scientific lead position that required multi-faceted project management and direction of teams. Two years in a leadership role
• Transplantation research and clinical trial network experience.
• Vendor interaction and negotiation experience.
• Course work or specific training in immunology and/or histocompatibility
• Related Masters or Doctoral degree
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
• Comprehensive science foundation which includes basic immunology, molecular biology and associated laboratory testing methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience in a scientific environment requiring compliance with human research subject protection guidelines, and data

confidentiality standards.
Ability to:
