REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

  • Functional working knowledge of administration of: Benefits, Payroll, FMLA, ADA, EEO, ACA, ERISA, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations.

 

Ability to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use critical thinking to best provide assistance.
  • Use and understand systems/technology as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • HCM system experience a plus.
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality when dealing with personal information, compensation, and benefits information.
  • Maintain composure.
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
  • Lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

 

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, or related field. Two years of recent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience or equivalent. 2 years of recent compliance experience or equivalent.
