REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, and FEAF
- Business architecture and how it supports business strategy and operations
- Technology architecture, including infrastructure, applications, data, and security
- Emerging technologies and trends in the industry
- Software development methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps
- Data modeling and database design principles
- Project management principles and practices
- IT governance and risk management frameworks and standards
- Cloud computing and cloud-based architecture patterns
- Microservices and web services
- Networking and telecommunications principles and technologies
- Vendor and contract management
- Regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry

- APEX programing, Lightning Web Component (LWC) design, Workflow tools
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/ Community cloud and

Education and/or Experience:
Education:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on enterprise architecture
- Experience leading large-scale, complex technology initiatives
- Experience in developing and maintaining technology strategies and roadmaps
- Experience in developing and implementing technology standards and best practices
- Experience in evaluating and recommending new technologies and platforms
- Experience in managing vendor and contract relationships
- Experience in collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to identify technology solutions that meet business needs
- Experience in overseeing the implementation and integration of new technology solutions with existing systems
- Experience in managing technology risks and compliance requirements
- Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with Iterative, Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Exposure to key areas of application and architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, cloud services, and master data management.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Demonstrated guidance of customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
- Polished speaker with the ability to evangelize best practices at various levels within a large organization.
