Engagement Specialist - Home Based
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Sales best practices
- Inbound and outbound lead process
- Marketing techniques
- Sales etiquette
- Professional and warm phone and email etiquette
- Lead management, qualification, activation and renewal
Ability to:
- Work in cross functional teams and matrixed organizations.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- Previous work experience required with 3-5 years in sales associate and partnership cultivation.
- Previous experience on cross functional teams in sales and execution for marketing campaigns and events.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Experience working with patients, their families, and caregivers.
- Completed formal sales training program(s).
Travel: 10-15%. All travel to be preapproved by the manager to include representing Be The Match at conferences, key regional registry recruitment events, department and company meetings. Travel will be seasonal in nature.
