REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative research design, implementation, data analysis and synthesis.
- Knowledge of and ability to conduct statistical analyses using SAS statistical application. Experience in R, SPSS, STATA, CATI, WinQuery/WinCross highly desirable. Ability to determine the appropriateness of new software and learn/maintain current knowledge for specific research needs.
Ability to:

- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, manage people, develop and manage budgets.
- Must possess strong analytic and technical skills; written and verbal communication, time management, presentation and organizational skills; ability to build research partnerships and to establish rapport with diverse teams and persons.
- Distill complex information clearly and influence audiences of diverse backgrounds.
- Create alignment and deliver knowledge and value to benefit patients.
- Design research studies, including primary data collection and analysis of secondary data.
- Create and promote a positive team environment.
- Publish high quality health services research studies in peer-reviewed journals.
Education and/or Experience:
- Master’s degree in Health Services Research or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in a position that required quantitative and qualitative research design and analysis.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in leading, supervising, and developing teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Doctoral degree in Health Services Research or similar
- Experience across academic, government, and industry settings
- Proven ability to launch, fund, execute, and complete collaborative research initiatives
