REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project coordination principles and functions

 

Ability to:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Prioritize own work, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, web conferencing and data management skills.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate’s degree. Equivalent experience of 2-3 years may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
  • 1 year experience in project support/coordination.
  • Previous administrative support experience.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of experience in project support/coordination.
  • Customer experience work or work with a customer facing team preferred.
  • Previous experience in cellular therapy preferred.

 

Proof of being up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccination, including a booster when eligible, with acceptable documentation is required for employment. NMDP will consider all requests for medical or religious accommodation.
