REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Demonstrated knowledge of project coordination principles and functions
Ability to:
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Prioritize own work, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, web conferencing and data management skills.
Education and/or Experience:
- Associate’s degree. Equivalent experience of 2-3 years may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
- 1 year experience in project support/coordination.
- Previous administrative support experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in project support/coordination.
- Customer experience work or work with a customer facing team preferred.
- Previous experience in cellular therapy preferred.
