REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

  • Federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Market data trends and best practices
  • Compensation plan design and best practices

Ability to:

  • Respond quickly to needs of operational leaders regarding ad hoc analysis of roles and or compensation leveling
  • Analyze complex data to provide recommendations and feedback that supports operations of the business
  • Scrutinize and deliver accurate and timely requests for information
  • Anticipate the needs of various stakeholder groups through proactive analysis of requests
  • Present to all stakeholder levels, including individual contributor to the Board of Directors Compensation Committee
  • Provide leadership to supporting roles on team

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years in the development and administration of compensation programs and policies
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with shared responsibility

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)

  • Project Management
  • CCP certification
  • Master’s degree in HR management or related field
