REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
- Market data trends and best practices
- Compensation plan design and best practices
Ability to:
- Respond quickly to needs of operational leaders regarding ad hoc analysis of roles and or compensation leveling
- Analyze complex data to provide recommendations and feedback that supports operations of the business
- Scrutinize and deliver accurate and timely requests for information
- Anticipate the needs of various stakeholder groups through proactive analysis of requests
- Present to all stakeholder levels, including individual contributor to the Board of Directors Compensation Committee
- Provide leadership to supporting roles on team
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Minimum 7 years in the development and administration of compensation programs and policies
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with shared responsibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Project Management
- CCP certification
- Master’s degree in HR management or related field
