Compensation Analyst - Hybrid/Remote
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
- Trends and best practices of market data
- Compensation plan design and best practices
Ability to:
- Collaborate across HR functions and with other key stakeholders within the organization
- Respond quickly to needs of operational leaders regarding ad hoc analysis of roles and/or compensation leveling
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Analyze complex data to provide feedback that supports the decisions needed by leadership
- Scrutinize and deliver accurate and timely requests for information
- Anticipate the needs of various stakeholder groups through proactive analysis of requests
- Maintain highest level of confidentiality when dealing with employee compensation information
- Present at any and all levels of stakeholder engagement from individual contributor to Board Committee
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years in the administration of compensation programs and policies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Project management experience
- Pursuing CCP certification
