Clinical Data Support Specialist I - Remote
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Customer service models and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- FormsNet or similar research/clinical database, registries using electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Highly skilled with MS Office, especially Excel
- Good technical skills in querying and analyzing data
Ability to:
- Be organized and thorough with attention to details
- Effective in interpersonal skills and have excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Effective in logical thinking and problem-solving
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while ensuring quality and timeliness
- Work independently with moderate direction, enlisting time management and organizational skills
- Resource and research information to satisfactorily meet all clinical and data submission requests by centers
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the life sciences, Health Information Management, Health Information Technician, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Previous experience working with research/clinical databases or registries using electronic data capture (EDC) systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Knowledge of blood and marrow transplant clinical terminology and medical field
