REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing DEI teams and driving measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of DEI best practices and trends, including experience implementing initiatives related to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, and other dimensions of diversity.
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders, including underrepresented and marginalized groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit environment preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a passion for creating a more just and equitable society.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in a large, complex organization, including experience developing and implementing a DEI strategy.
