Associate Cord Blood Program Liaison - Hybrid/Remote

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:

• Basic understand of effective customer service principles. 
• Data privacy and confidentiality principles for handling medical information.
• Proficient in using multiple software applications including Microsoft Office 
• Familiarity with medical terminology, cord blood banking and the stem cell transplant process strongly preferred. 

Ability to:

• Create and maintain strong partner relationships and customer service skills. 
• Deal with change and manage multiple priorities.
• Work in a team environment.
• Exhibit competency with Microsoft Office suite.   
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats. 
• Be effective through organization and attention to detail. 

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Healthcare, science, or a related field preferred or Associate Degree with equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or science environment with at least six months of experience related to patient interaction/care, vendor relationship management or patient interaction or care preferred. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)

• Experience in BTM/NMDP operations preferred.
