REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Demonstrated telephone expertise, emphasizing courteous and sensitive manner.
Ability to:
- Demonstrate advanced word processing, presentation software, spreadsheet, and Internet skills; attention to detail and above average accuracy; demonstrated proofreading and editing skills.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Support and take work direction from multiple people.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and produce high quality under deadline pressure.
- Work independently to resolve issues. Knowledgeable of resources and excellent problem-solving skills essential. Ability to keep information confidential.
- Travel 2-3 times per year for meetings and trainings.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED. Certificate or AA degree from a two-year accredited clerical or business-related training program. Associates degree in a related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in a clerical or administrative support position that required the use of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software programs. Experience in organizing internal and out-of-town business meetings.
